Since our humble beginning in 1990, working from a small 1,000 foot rental shop in downtown Moorhead, Minnesota, we have continuously expanded our facilities and equipment to serve you.
Our new 17,000 square foot facility now houses not only our showroom with many apparel samples, embroidery department, design center, and screen-printing department, but also our most recent addition, a laser engraving machine. Personal Touch has the capabilities to provide you with all your marketing, recognition, and appreciation needs.
Our website provides information and capabilities to search for promotional products on your time, online ordering, custom client pages and specials. However, please know that we want to provide you with that personal touch that you can not get from the website. Our staff wants to visit and meet with you whenever your schedule allows the time. We will recommend products for you if you prefer. We want to make sure that you know we are here for you.
Our employees are focused on your needs and can provide a combination of applications to get you through the process from logo design to the final product that you want to recognize your customers and staff. Our showroom allows you to look and touch the products so you know what you are paying for. Our desire is that the only surprise you have is how easy it is to work with us.

"I really enjoy seeing people smile so this is the perfect business for me. Your needs for marketing, recognition, and appreciation ideas let me be creative. I love working with people and helping you create a marketing strategy for your business.
I grew up in Campbell, MN where I learned to fix many things on our family farm. I graduated with a B.S. degree in Business/Accounting from Union College in Lincoln, NE. I moved to Fargo, ND and worked as a controller for Asplin, Inc. until 1994. In 1990 I started Personal Touch in a small rental space in downtown Moorhead, MN. I started with 1 employee and 2 embroidery machines. Neither one of us had ever operated an embroidery machine, but we were up for the challenge. Times have changed for the best. Personal Touch Embroidery has grown in quality and services. In 2002 we built a 17,000 square foot building off Interstate 94 in Moorhead. Our large showroom makes it easy to meet your needs in apparel, embroidery, screen-printing, design, specialty items and engraving. I hope you will come visit us!"

"I grew up right here in Fargo-Moorhead and attended North Dakota State University. I graduated with a degree in Hospitality and Tourism management, and I know it was the right fit for me. I enjoy working face to face with people and having something new in front of me every day! The part I love most about my job is hearing that the customer is happy with their order. I strive to make it as easy as possible and hope to make a great connection with them. When you come in to see us you will find a fun working environment where your ideas are foremost, and we will strive to see them through! I love being creative and here at Personal Touch I definitely get to use my talents.
When I'm not at Personal Touch, you can find me out having fun. I love trying new things, traveling and spending time with family/friends. In the summer I live for the lakes, where you will without doubt find me in water. I love skiing or simply enjoying a slow boat ride around the lake."

"Everyday is something new, and that's what I enjoy about Personal Touch. One day I'm finding that perfect clothing item for a client and the next day is something completely new. I have worked in the retail industry for over nine years and I can't get enough of it. I love working with people and helping them find exactly what they need.
I grew up in the lakes area and can't imagine being anywhere else. I attended North Dakota State University with a Major in Apparel Textiles and a Minor in Business. I have a wonderful husband and little boy who I spend as much time as possible with.
At Personal Touch we do so much more than just clothing and embroidery, we have such a wide variety of items. We do everything from flags, to wine glasses, to tote bags, to your basic simple screen printed shirt. We also have the best customer service team! We are extremely dedicated to helping you find exactly what you need. We would love to have you stop in and let us help you and your business."

"What I like most about working at Personal Touch is how I am able to work on a project from the beginning to the end; from setting up the logos to getting it onto the product. I have worked in many different areas of the business; from running the 12-head and single head embroidery machines, to digitizing and screen printing. I enjoy it all!
I grew up and attended school in Hankinson, ND. In 1993, I graduated from the North Dakota State College of Science with a degree in Graphic Arts Technology. After graduating, I moved to Devils Lake, ND and worked for Hahn’s Embroidery and Screen Printing. In 1995, I started working for Cheri at Personal Touch Embroidery. I currently reside in West Fargo, ND with my husband, Dan and son, Conner."

"What I like most about working at Personal Touch is the fun, energetic staff and the atmosphere. Not only do I get to do what I enjoy but I get to work with a group that is fun loving and laid back. It doesn’t always feel like I’m at work!
I am responsible for designing artwork for specialty and screen printing jobs, as well as for running the laser engraver. I joined the Personal Touch team in June 2006 as their Graphic Designer. I graduated from Minnesota State Community and Technical College (MSCTC) in 2004 where I obtained an Applied Associates Degree in Graphic Design Technology. I have over two years experience in designing art for specialty items and apparel both for screen print and embroidery. I enjoy bringing fresh new ideas to clients with my creative talents.
Some of my hobbies include photography, scrapbooking, and painting."

"Since joining the team at Personal Touch Embroidery & Marketing in 2005, I really feel blessed to have found such a wonderful company and co-workers that really care and are a lot of fun. Besides getting to work with numbers (account maintenance), I get to call individuals/companies when the order is ready. I love to hear their voices when I call and/or see in their faces when they open their order, it’s like Christmas year round.
I grew up and graduated from High School in Dilworth, MN. In 1989 I graduated from Interstate Business College and starting working for a CPA office in Moorhead until she sold her practice in 2001 and I went to work with the new owners in Fargo. During the last couple years before starting at Personal Touch, I did bookkeeping for Sauvageau’s Auto Body in Moorhead. Although I found how much I really enjoyed working with numbers, 'Tax returns and Car repair! It’s no Christmas'."
